Life Coaching

Unlike therapy which seeks to diagnose and treat existing conditions, Life Coaching accepts you as you are today and uses tools & techniques to move past painful thoughts or difficult situations in order to realize your ideal life. Curious about whether Life Coaching is right for you? The best first step is to schedule a free consultation. The first full coaching session is always free - I believe that everyone should trying it before deciding if this is the right investment for your future. After the first session, you decide what frequency will support your life. I offer as-needed life coaching for $175 per hour, or you can retain my services for a minimum of two sessions per month at $150 per hour. Additional hours in the same month are billed at the lower rate.

Life Coaching for Parents of Children that Don't Fit the Mold

Whether or not your child's educational needs are handled, there's still the parent who could use support for navigating life's challenges. Whether it's managing life in general, finding the right resources or managing family dynamics, life coaching can help.

Life Coaching for Special Needs Providers

You've dedicated your life to helping others but what about you? I can support you through the challenges of being a special educator, therapist and/or related service provider. It's difficult to articulate the stress of witnessing a child struggle or the system not working the way it should.

Grief Coaching

In addition to supporting people through life's challenges, I am certified through David Kessler as a Grief Educator. Whether it's a new diagnosis, additional diagnosis or different phase of a child's struggle, parents experience grief. I am here to help.

Hands Showing Support

Support to Bereaved Parents

I offer Grief Coaching to bereaved parents at no cost, ever. If you have endured the worst thing that can possibly happen to a parent, I am here to help. Grief Coaching focuses on finding tools to help integrate your loss and learn to move forward with it (there is no such thing as moving on). It's a lifelong process but it is possible.
